Chi Chi Hardcore Bread (Named after the amazing Chef Chelsea, who works MAGIC!)

This is my favorite bread to make. I haven't had a hard time of it yet, even when it looks like it might not turn out right. It's lovely, crusty, and I could eat an entire loaf myself. No shame. 

Equipment:
Whisk
Spatula/Scraper
clean hands
Dutch oven (or a pot with lid)

2 Cups AP Flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp yeast

WHISK THE ABOVE UNTIL LIGHT FROTH HAPPENS

1 1/2 Cup warm water (perfect temp = 110 - 115 degrees, no warmer!)

MIX with hands/spatula

Dough will be ragged, cover bowl w/ plastic wrap and rise for 8-18 hours.

Preheat oven and pot/dutch oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees,
Set bread on floured surface and toss into a ball — don't knead! 

Bake with lid for 30 minutes, remove lid, bake another 15 minutes.
Remove from pot to cool. 

Serve with style and panache!
